Le Club
‘Le Club’ is our little attempt at an old jazz room. No stage, no green room, not much separation between the band and everyone else. We clear a corner, turn on a lamp, cram the room and let them play.
It gets hot. It gets loud. Chairs move around. Drinks get passed over shoulders. For a couple of hours, Slow Pour becomes less of a bar with jazz in it and more of a room gathered around the jam.

Barrel Fest 2026
Barrel Fest is our annual excuse to drag the Lukr side pulls out into the wild and preach the gospel of wet foam. Hladinka, Šnyt, lager, lager, and more lager. Cold kegs, clean glassware, tight pours and considerably more foam than most beer festivals are accustomed to.
Negroni Week
For one week every year, Slow Pour becomes a Negroni bar. Sort of.
We take one of the world’s great cocktails and pull it apart, put it back together, and see how far we can wander without losing the plot. Classics, staff riffs, strange ideas and probably more Negronis than a beer bar reasonably needs.

Oktoberfest + Little German Beer Hall
For Oktoberfest, Slow Pour once again becomes a Little German Beer Hall.
For the week only, we’ll narrow things down to a focused list of Bavarian and German-inspired drafts and bottles, alongside a special food menu built for the occasion.
We’ll kick things off with Kölsch Night on Thursday, September 24, followed by the launch of a very exciting new terroir-focused brewery on Friday, September 25.

Tap Takeover: Temporal and Fierce
Vancouver’s Temporal Artisan Ales and Scotland’s Fierce Beer are taking over a few of our taps on September 24. Two breweries from very different places, landing at the same little bar in Westmount for the night.
A rare chance to drink through a bit of both breweries without getting on a plane.
New Brewery (AB) Launch
A NEW BREWERY, FOR NOW
We can’t tell you who yet.
What we can tell you is that a brand new Alberta brewery is making its first proper introduction at Slow Pour. New beer, new name, new project, poured publicly for the first time.

Public Hearing Vol. 04
Hermanos Gutiérrez will release their new album, Los Ojos Del Cóndor.
Built for low light, clean glassware, and the kind of guitar tone that makes everyone speak a little softer without being asked. Desert air. Long shadows. Two brothers making the case for stillness.
We’ll put it through the system and let it move around the room with care. The bar will remain open for its usual purposes: drinks, conversation, quiet staring, and the occasional deeply felt nod.

Slow Pour Turns Four
Another trip around the big bulb in the sky.
We’ll be marking our fourth birthday the way we usually do: opening a few things we probably should have saved, putting a few special things on draft, and generally using the occasion as an excuse to pour beer we’re excited about.
Rare bottles by the glass, special drafts, proper foam and a few other things we’ll tell you about once we figure them out.
