What You'll Do:

• Serve up your knowledge – Be a go-to expert on all things beer and beverages. We want your genuine enthusiasm—not a script.

• Customer Focus – Provide top-notch service, learn about new products, and help improve our processes along the way.

• Team Player – Whether it's pouring drinks, running food, or tidying up, you’re ready to help wherever needed.

• Be proactive – Take ownership of your work. You notice what needs doing and do it—no reminders required.

• Stay curious – Curiosity is part of our DNA. If you don’t know something, you’ll always say, “I can find out!”

• Keep it Clean (and Legal): You’ll follow AGLC, AHS, and other regulations with care and attention to detail.

• Beer Nerd – You’re passionate about craft beer (bonus points if you’ve ever fallen down a beer rabbit hole on Wikipedia).

• Team Energy: You show up with good vibes and a willingness to contribute—especially during the slower moments.

• Adaptable: You’re comfortable working evenings and weekends. In a space that moves between calm and bustling, you’ll be expected to give your best, stay engaged, and tackle the unglamorous tasks that keep the bar running smoothly every shift.

Qualifications:

• ProServe Certification (or willing to get one).

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Bartending or Barista experience preferred, but we’ll consider the right attitude and transferable skills).

• Basic beer knowledge is a must, but passion counts more than perfection.

• Ideal candidates will be available to work approximately 25-30 hours/week, with availability evenings and weekends.

• Bonus: First Aid and Food Safety certifications (not required).
