What You'll Do:

• Serve up your knowledge – Be our expert on all things beer and beverages. Share your passion for the products we serve with natural enthusiasm.

• Customer Focus – Provide top-notch service, learn about new products, and help improve our processes along the way.

• Team Player – Assist your teammates as needed (or before!), whether that’s pouring drinks, taking orders, or helping out with food service in our open concept bar.

• Be proactive – Take ownership of your work and make sure everything runs smoothly with the least amount of prompts. Safety, cleanliness, and organization are key.

• Stay curious – We are all about discovering new ways of doing things, styles, and experiences. If you don’t know something, you’ll always say, “I can find out!”

• Follow guidelines – Ensure we are always in compliance with AGLC, AHS, and other government regulations.

• Beer Nerd – You’re passionate about craft beer (bonus points if you’ve ever fallen down a beer rabbit hole on Wikipedia).

• Organized & Responsible – You’re great at multitasking, and you hold yourself accountable for your actions.

• Enthusiast – You show up excited to be part of the team and ready to bring your energy and enthusiasm to every shift.

• Flexible – You’re available for evening and weekend shifts, and you’re cool with working in a fast-paced, yet cozy constantly changing environment. Whether we're busy or slow, you’ll be expected to give your best, stay engaged, and tackle the unglamorous tasks that keep the bar running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• ProServe Certification (or the ability to get one).

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Bartending or Barista experience preferred, but we’ll consider the right attitude and transferable skills).

• Fundamental beer knowledge 

• Ideal candidates will be available to work approximately 25-30 hours each week.

• First Aid and Food Safety certifications are a plus, but not required.
